Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Best Answer Hub ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

Seller identity

Best Answer Hub is a sole proprietorship founded and operated by Shahbaz Ali Malik, an independent digital publisher based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "Best Answer Hub" is a trading name; there is no separately registered company. All paid digital products, including Knowledge Center PDF reports, are sold by Shahbaz Ali Malik trading as Best Answer Hub. Payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund handling are performed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Digital products and purchases

The Site offers paid digital products for download, including diagnostic assessment PDF reports, educational guides, and other digital content. These products are:

Digital goods only: delivered as downloadable PDF files or similar digital formats. No physical products are shipped.
Educational and informational: assessment results, reports, and guides are intended for educational and self-evaluation purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, tax, or career advice.
Non-transferable: purchases are for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
No recurring billing: unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital product purchases are one-time payments with no subscription or recurring charges.

EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your express consent, as provided under Article 16(m) of the Directive. By completing a purchase of a digital product, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or delivery begins. Refunds and returns

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable except in the case of a verified technical delivery failure. Because our products are instant digital downloads, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or rescinded once delivery has begun.

Refunds or replacements are issued only for the following verified issues:

Failed download (verifiable server-side).
Corrupted, unreadable, or blank delivered file.
Duplicate charge due to a payment processing error.
Wrong product delivered.

Use of free tools

All free tools provided on the Site, including but not limited to the Mortgage Calculator, Salary Converter, Tax Calculator, ROI Calculator, Compound Interest Calculator, Cloud Cost Calculator, AI Cost Calculator, SEO Score Checker, Website Speed Test, Invoice Generator, Image Compressor, PDF Converter, QR Code Generator, Password Generator, and Broken Link Checker, are offered "as is" for personal and commercial use.

All tools run client-side in your browser. We do not store, process, or transmit your data on our servers.
You are responsible for any files you upload, generate, or download using our tools.
We recommend saving or downloading any generated output immediately, as we do not retain copies.
Tool outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should be verified before commercial use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Answer Hub (Shahbaz Ali Malik) and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer-protection provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country in which you reside.

Severability
