Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid digital products — including PDF reports and any other downloadable content — sold by Shahbaz Ali Malik trading as Best Answer Hub (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All sales are final

All purchases of digital products on Best Answer Hub are final and non-refundable. Because our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or rescinded once delivery has begun.

This means we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • The product not meeting personal expectations or preferences.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.
  • Accidental purchase (please review your cart before completing payment).
  • Lack of time to use the product or no longer needing it.

Exceptions — technical delivery failures only

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following verified circumstances:

  • Failed download — the download link did not work or the file could not be retrieved from our delivery system. We can verify this server-side.
  • Corrupted or blank file — the delivered PDF or file is corrupted, unreadable, or completely blank. We may request a screenshot as evidence.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical or payment processing error.
  • Wrong product delivered — you received a different file than the one you purchased.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email admin@bestanswerhub.com within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle order ID, purchase date, and a description of the technical issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

Statutory withdrawal rights (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

14-day right of withdrawal — expressly waived for digital content

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(m), the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent laws, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (such as a download), provided that:

  1. The performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent;
  2. The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins.

Express consent. By placing an order for a digital product on Best Answer Hub, you expressly consent to the loss of your withdrawal right. By completing your purchase and clicking the buy/checkout button, you (a) expressly consent to immediate performance and delivery of the digital content, and (b) acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This waiver is collected via an explicit checkbox at checkout.

Statutory consumer guarantees preserved

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights if a product is defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose under applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a product falls under this category, contact us at admin@bestanswerhub.com with the subject line "Consumer Rights Claim" and include your order number, country of residence, and a description of the issue.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) in the same currency. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or via bank transfer.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly without involving your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Delayed resolution while Paddle collects transaction records.
  • Denial of future purchases from Best Answer Hub.
  • Reporting of fraud patterns to payment networks if the dispute is found to be baseless.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Purchases made before the effective date of a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
